Voldemort’s Reincarnation:
I grew up reading the Harry Potter series. So, when I came across the title of this storybook, I was curious to see how everything was intertwined. Reading the introduction, I was excited to see how it was written in the point of view of one of the Patil twins, Padma Patil, and how she explains about Voldemort paving a path to Adharma through his choices in life. I think that this storybook is very interesting as it takes inspiration from a popular book series.
Keeping up with Parvati:
The title given to the storybook reminds me of the show about the Kardashians. However, instead of the family and it being a television show, it’s basically about Parvati telling her story as well as having her own column to answer questions about love. I think that this is a creative style as the storybook also contained an interactive link that actually takes you to Parvati’s column. For the layout, I liked how the first page showed the content of the storybook as it was easy navigating through the pages. I might want to keep this in mind for future preferences when creating my own project.
gossip girl Ayodhya:
Overall, I really enjoyed the format of the storybook. It was simple, yet very well organized. I think that if I was to do a storybook, I would follow a similar format. I can tell that a lot of work was put into it and carried out thoughtfully. Also, I really like how the introduction was written in the same style as it does in the TV Show “Gossip Girls,” where they took inspiration from. It did a great job of wanting to make me read the stories. I especially like how they used specific keywords that came from the television show and included it in the storybook.
